To Hell With It

Well, after months and months of utter neglect I have made up my mind.

I’m sick to death of this blog.  It’s too damn ranty and doesn’t contain nearly enough gleeful female domination.  I’m a very different person now than when I started this two years ago, and I just don’t wanna write here any more.  So this will officially be the last entry.

Stay tuned for the next phase in my evil plan to take over the world with kinky sex…The Kinky Courtesan

The Case of Amber Hamilton

Right here in my neck of the woods (why is it always Florida?) a twenty year old bus attendant was arrested for showing a mobile phone porn video to three boys, aged 10-12, on their morning route.  The boys say she also showed them pictures of “her private area.”  She says “little wankers!  They knew I had that stuff on my cellphone because they wheedled it out of me when we were talking and then they looked in my phone when I had my back turned!”

Ok, I’m making that last bit up, but you get the picture.

Dear readers, just for entertainment and curiosity, I would like to pose a few questions for you now.

1)  Where did you see your first pornography?  Peeking at Grandad’s playboy collection?  Sneaking downstairs to spy on a stag film?  Maybe a an older cousin showed it to you…or an older cousin’s friend, or even a camp counselor or paper-route boss or some such?  Would you say that you were harmed by this experience?

 2)  How did or would you have learned about sex apart from this experience?  What would you have learned about sex if you had not had this experience?

3)  If you had sex education classes in your school, did they tell you about AIDS and condom use, or give you a strong message that abstinence until marriage was the only responsible choice?

4)  A question for the ladies:  If you were arrested for, say, showing porn to your kids, what might your makeup look like after a few hours in police custody?  What do you think a picture of yourself taken at that time might look like?

 5)  Thinking back to when you were in the age range of, oh, say ten to seventeen:  Was there ever a somewhat older person - a friend’s sister, the young guy on the housepainting crew, maybe somebody you worked with or even that camp counselor - you made out with?  How old were you?  Was there more than one such experience?  Was there anybody much older?  What were those experiences like?

6)  When you were ten, what would you have called your genitals?  What would you have called the genitals of the other sex?

And a special bonus question…would you have been aware of the existence of non-heterosexuals at age ten?  Transgendered people? If you would have been, how was it that you knew about them?  If not, at what age did you find out about them?

Please feel free to post your answers to these questions in comments, or even email them to me.  Copy or link this around too, if you think they’re questions worth asking.  Might be more interesting reading than the usual blog quizzes.

More Pedophile Paranoia

Filed under: Uncategorized — cherie @ 9:51 pm

So I have the local news channel running in the background and there’s a story about a local man arrested for “kiddy porn”. The video shows a shot of an anonymous uniformed officer toting out a plastic bag full of videocassettes. Now I don’t know anything about the details of this case, and I would not presume to pass judgement on it unless I were called to do so in a jury, but this image struck me.

In that split second of video, this man is convicted in the eye of the viewer…but what’s really on those videocassettes in the bag? Film of an eight year old getting raped…or half a dozen Max Hardcore and Girls Gone Wild tapes? Because listen up folks, those are the kinds of things the government is trying to define as “kiddy porn”. (Click here and here if you don’t believe me) And if you get convicted with something like this your name goes on the big internet list of sex offenders, and your address gets published to concerned parents, and you are just as subject to assault by save-the-children vigilantes as the guy who raped an eight year old.

Am I saying that we ought to all go out and start having sex with teenagers? No, of course not. What I’m saying is that it’s unnatural and harmful to act as if adolescent sexuality - including the potential for teens to have sexual feelings toward adults and vice versa - is a hideous crime. We are doing our children no favors by wrapping them in the cotton-wool of infancy at a time when they need to be learning to be adults, to make adult decisions about things like sex and relationships.

Exhausted & Cranky

The new subscription Chateau is almost ready to go, but - as usual - everything is about ten times more complicated as you think it’ll be. I hoped to have it finished by wednesday, I was sure I’d have it done by friday, now here it is friday and I’m so flippin tired of hammering away at it that I just can’t stand it anymore.

I’ve got this week’s gallery up (before noon even - most unusual!), I still have to do the peepshow, then I am taking the rest of the day off, dammit.
